By definition, Epicureans "seek pleasure" and are "devoted to good food". Breakfasts on your Katy tour are provided by the previous night's motel/B&B or local diner and will reflect the culinary style of that area.
Tasty, nutritious lunches will be offered trailside by your guides or at diners/delis along the trail. On Friday, your end of tour midday meal will be in historic St. Charles.
Our evening dining experiences will immerse you in the unique history and cuisine found along the length of the KATY Trail. From some "down home cooking" in a railroad themed atmosphere to a four-course meal prepared especially for our group by a European-trained chef, each of our offerings will write a new page in your diary of memorable meals.
